Larkyn Homes, LLC ("Larkyn Homes," "we," "us," or "our") is a custom home, ADU, renovation, and commercial builder based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit www.larkynhomes.com (the "Site"), contact us, or otherwise interact with us online.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, call, text, or email us, we collect what you choose to provide, such as:

  • Project details, including the property address or lot location, type of project, timeline, and budget range

  • Plans, photos, or other files you send us

  • Anything else you include in your message

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website platform and analytics tools automatically collect certain information, such as:

  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and links clicked

  • The website or ad that referred you to the Site

Information from others. We may receive information about you from referral partners, real estate agents, architects, or others you have asked to connect you with us.

How we use information

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations

  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and designs for your project

  • Communicate with you before, during, and after construction

  • Send updates about our projects or communities, such as Canopy at Lullwater, if you ask to receive them

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site

  • Understand how visitors find and use the Site and measure the performance of our advertising

  • Protect against fraud, spam, and misuse of the Site

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not sell your personal information.

How we disclose information

We disclose personal information only as needed to run our business and serve you:

  • Service providers that process information on our behalf, such as our website host, email, customer relationship management (CRM), and analytics tools. They may use it only to provide services to us.

  • Project partners such as architects, engineers, subcontractors, and lenders, when needed to plan, price, or build your project, or when you ask us to connect you.

  • Legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Larkyn Homes, our clients, or others.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and show you relevant ads.

The Site may use:

  • Wix, our website platform, which sets cookies needed for the Site to function and collects basic visitor statistics. See Wix's Privacy Policy.

  • Google Analytics to understand traffic and how visitors use the Site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

  • Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools to measure ad results and show our ads to people who have visited the Site. You can adjust these through Google Ad Settings and Meta Ad Preferences.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies may cause parts of the Site to work incorrectly.

Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Text messages and calls

If you opt in on our website, Larkyn Homes may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, and project updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional updates about our homes and communities. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the information below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices and rights

  • Marketing emails: Click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or contact us. We may still send you messages about an active inquiry or project.

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any text.

  • Access, correction, and deletion: You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time, and may need to verify your identity first. We may keep some information when the law requires it or when we need it for an active contract, warranty, or legal claim.

To make a request, contact us using the information at the end of this policy. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as required.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to you, complete and support your project (including warranty periods), and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security or bank account numbers, through the Site's contact form.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

The Site may link to other websites, such as social media pages, partner sites, or listing services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
